So I read the story of how Jesus healed the blind man by putting mud in the guys’ eyes to my two boys the other night. It's the story where Jesus tells the blind man to go and wash his eyes and as the man does he is able to see. As I was reading it to him I was getting into the character and I read, "Go wash the mud out of your eyes" in my lowest most powerful voice. Well something about this clicked in Billy's head because he keeps on saying in his low non-adult voice…. “Get the mud out of your eyes!” It is so funny. I get a call while I am at work and I answer, “Hello”, and then I hear….”Get the mud out of your eyes” I start laughing as it is so funny.
I love these little things. They really are a joy to me.
