Lost Love

My new song, I just wrote it today 11-28-10:

Lost Love

Hey Baby; you have left me here all alone

You have hurt me, I’m wounded, yet I miss you more than you will know.

Desertion, I thought wouldn’t happen to me, oh no.

I’m left here weeping, alone in my distress, picking up pieces of debris that has been left.

And I regret, all of those times that we fought and didn’t get along.
Now I know what it’s like, to be wounded and left for dead.
Oh how I love you, more than life, I sit crying alone day and night.
Lost in thought, pour out my soul, I miss you more; miss you more than you know....

I make believe, you are here dancing as you hold me, in your arms.

Lift my hands slowly; dreams of you holding me, moving to the sound our
hearts create.

Tears fall slowly, as I melt in this place, my dreams.

I’m weak in passion, as my knees start to shake, my eyes then open, to an empty room, empty embrace.

Oh I regret, all of those times that we fought and didn’t get along
Now I know what it’s like, to be wounded and left for dead
Oh how I love you, more than life, I sit crying alone day and night
Lost in thought, pour out my soul, I miss you more; miss you more than you know...

2nd Chorus

Oh I regret, all of those times that we fought and didn’t get along
Now I know what it’s like, to be wounded and left for dead
Oh how I loved you, more than life, I’m done crying alone day and night
For I’ve move on with my life, I’ve picked up the pieces, one piece at a time!

Sealed in Blood

Sealed in Blood

What’s going on in me? I am afraid to be
Left alone I cry, wings clipped I cannot fly!
Transformed into a freak, vicious society
Hated, loathed and despised
My Demise_______________________________!!!

This torment I now feel, in my own blood’s revealed
I claw at my skin, this hell from you, I’m in.
Can’t get you off of me, you stole my purity
Left here mourning alone
I hate you__________________________!!!

I’m gone, my hell, in pain, corpse shell
No hope, not free, no rest, for me________!!!!

13

Here is a new song I wrote called 13:

13

I hear you breathing at my door; my heart pounds, mouth drops to the floor.
Cold sweat begins to appear upon my bare body

Its dark, I’m scared as you come in; you say no words as you begin
I whimper cry, I sob and gasp, as you penetrate
I beg to die, don’t wanna live, as you desecrate

Now that you’ve had your way with me; you walk away; I’m still sobbing
You’ve taken who I am, and who I was, away with you
I’m full of shame; broken, scarred, blistered now, what do I do?

I live on in confusion, a dark place for me to be
Won’t hesitate to tell you, how ashamed I feel you see
This man came out to haunt me and he lives in my nightmares
I hate what he does to me and its him I really fear

But that fear from him keeps growing, as I cower in defeat
I cannot handle what he does and how he looks at me
Do they see what he is doing; do they blame that man at all?
He’s my demon, he’s a monster, its him who makes my skin crawl

So I look at everybody with these blood stained sobbing eyes
It’s hard for me to trust people, I see demons and lies
I run away in horror, I’m so guarded, there’s no trust
I know you want to hurt me, as my spirit has been crushed

I hate what happened to me, will I ever heal at all?
My life is lived in shambles, as I hide behind these walls.
I am lonely, I am weak, I am frightened to my core
I can never go back to the person who I was before!!!

My Someone

I want someone who will care, who will love me as I am
Someone who sees me as me, who will not run away in fear
I long for intimacy, and for a long held embrace,
I long for passionate love, one who will kiss my face

I long to be free with the one I love,
She will love my personality and desire my time
She will seek me out, and wonder how I am
Her heart will be entwined with mine

I long to share the rest of my life with this woman I adore
I want to share my desires, and share my hurts
I long to have a girl who will stand by my side
It won’t matter what storms come or how big the tide.

She will not run away, or quit when things get rough
She will be devoted to me; embracing me in love
She will understand me and the way I think
She will love my humor, love my heart so passionately.

And I in return, will do the same with her,
I will pour out all I am and really care for her.
I will praise her beauty every day and night
I will love her deeply, she will be my delight

I will ask about her day, and listen as she speaks
I will comfort her when she is feeling weak
I will show her just how she is the world to me
I will embrace her; hold her, love her more than I love me

And the funny thing is, this girl was already in my life
Yet I went years without knowing that she was Mrs. Right
And I have now found what I was looking for
My Sarah Jo is the woman that I really adore

With her in my life, everything is complete
She fulfills all my desires, and she satisfies me.
I have written these words, they are honest and true
Sarah, you’re my angel and I am in love with you!

Okay

Okay!
I’m told it’s not okay to be lonely; it’s not okay to be stressed.
It’s not okay to have worries; it’s not okay to be depressed.
It’s not okay to be angry; it’s not okay to have fear.
It’s not okay to have your feelings; it’s not okay, do you hear?

It’s not okay to be hungry; it’s not okay not to eat.
It’s not okay to think too much; it’s not okay for you to grieve.
It’s not okay for you to mess up; it’s not okay for you not to pray.
It’s not okay to weep and wail; it’s simply not okay.

All I hear from you all the time; is how what I feel is not okay.
I’m told I’m always to be happy; if I’m not I’m spiritually decayed.
It’s not okay for me to be wounded; it’s not okay for me to hurt.
It’s not okay for me to hate death; and not okay to feel like dirt.

The things you think I’m doing wrong; to you is not ideal.
You’re telling me to be less human; telling me not to be real.
And if I do just as you say; then I’ll be just like you.
Yet even you don’t do as you say; now what do I do?

I think I want to sob and grieve; I think I want to stress.
I can do this and be a Christian; does not mean I’m oppressed.
Its okay for me to sorrow; its okay for me to cry.
It’s okay if it takes years; to heal when someone dies.

So now I sit here dazed, confused; my mouth dropped open wide
No matter what I say or do, to you, Christ I deny
So as I sit before the Lord; with nothing much to say.
He says my son, don’t you worry; to Me, you are okay!

Tired

This is just a poem I wrote, dont read too much into it.....lol, its just a poem. I am not telling my friends to not call me, lol. I just wrote a poem only. Bill

I am tired. I am weak, I am overwhelmed and want to sleep.
I feel dead, I want to cry, I wish I could be alone and die
All this pain, all this hurt, fills my life, I feel like dirt
But I don’t care, I am depressed, I will live on, in my distress

People lie, they say they care, but their actions only cause despair.
And though I try to do what’s right, I always fail them in their sight.
I just cant, live for them, its to draining, as they condemn
So I will simply take a break, don’t bother me, for its too late.

Leave me alone, I done with all. Don’t bother me, and please don’t call.
I will live without you all, you have hurt me, there’s now a wall.
Its up high and built of stone, its purpose is for you, to leave me alone.
I am tired, I am weak, I am overwhelmed and want to sleep.

Dear Jesus

Dear Jesus,

I wanted to write you and share with you my heart
Although you already know it, I still want to start
For you alone are worthy of all honor and praise
My Jesus, I want to serve you all of my days.

My past has been ugly, it has been a big mess
As I’ve boasted empty words and still remained faithless
Yet you have remained faithful; for you never shift
You have poured out your love and your grace as a gift

This is my love letter to you my Lord
I desire to praise you as you are my reward
How can words ever explain just how great you are?
Words simply cannot; even wise words from afar.

I look at creation and the work of your hands
I stand back in awe as you’ve numbered the sand
I look at the stars, and galaxies far away
You spoke them into existence as they are there on display.

I look at redemption and the good news you bring
I start rejoicing as I dance and I sing
You are so wonderful, yet I still don’t have a clew
All I know is that I need so much more of you.

The passion you have towards me is amazing
When I experience you Jesus, I cannot stop praising
You are the Great I AM, the Mighty God and King
You rejoice over me every night as you sing

Oh Jesus I love you, yet not as much as I could
For my heart has been hardened and that is not good
Please help me to surrender to you alone
As I bow down before you; as you sit on your throne

Bill.

Are you Ready?

Are you ready?

We are at the gates as the “End” does draw near
A time for us to rejoice and all others to fear
We are very close, as it will not be that long
Are you ready for the “End?” You cant afford to be wrong.

The buildings are swaying in the wind where they stand
As God’s judgment is poured out, upon the souls of man
Chaos and fear tend to grip all around
As fire falls from the sky and scorches the ground

Horror and terror are what seems to prevail
As fire reigns down and men’s hearts begin to fail
The sky is full of thunder; lightning is seen in flashes
As billions rebel and will die with the masses

The Great Tribulation begins to unfold
People begin to suffer as their hearts remain cold
Inflation is something that will effect the poor
A loaf of bread will cost a days wages and more

Earthquakes and famines and death do prevail
Life here on earth will be a living hell.
Yet this is only the beginning of pains
As this age ends and the anti-christ begins his reign.

With signs in the sky and deception in the air
The anti-christ is alive; his kingdom is doing well
For who can wage war against a man with his power
Not a soul on earth can, for this is his hour

Things start to get worse; a line is drawn in the sand
If you don’t serve anti-christ then you will die where you stand
All must worship the beast no matter where they dwell
They start taking his mark; condemning their souls to hell

Whoa to the earth and woe to all men
God’s judgment is here and is poured upon sin
For there is no hope once you have taken the mark
Your fate has been sealed, your future is dark

Yet you now say that when the tribulation begins
You will at that time serve Christ and will turn from your sins
If you cant live for Christ now then why do you assume
You will die for him then as serving him will seal your doom?

I hope you will ponder, these words that I say
I pray you will heed God’s word and get saved
Because the stage is set as we move that way steadily
The end is upon us, the question is, Are you ready?

Take Him to Jesus!

The love of her life is drifting into darkness;
He is losing his mind as he is lost in distress
The love she has known is falling to pieces;
As he loses his hope and he weeps in his head

A child’s hearts sobs as he walks through the day;
His soul cries out loudly with his heart on display
You try to make sense of it as he’s desperate for hope;
You are straining for words to help this man cope

Darkness is consuming; his eyes lost in a deep stare
He withers away with his mind lost in despair
Hope fades away as the day turns to night;
This man starts to sob as things just are not right

And words are not easy; you don’t know what to say;
He falls deeper in darkness and into dismay
The pain is unbearable its too much to bear
Yet you don’t need the answers, just lift him up in prayer

Take this man to Jesus; to the cross where Christ died
For his burden is easy, and he will stay by this mans side
As he starts to stumble; just reach out your hand
And take him to Jesus; where God will help this man stand.

Herb Peters – Stay Tuned

Herb Peters – Stay Tuned

When tragedy strikes and all we can do is wail
When the storm is real hard as we sink and don’t sail
When times are real gloomy as we lose a good friend
It is ok to cry as we struggle to comprehend.

Herb was a man that reported the news
His next of kin Holly will now fulfill his shoes
He sought to reach people and his stance was real bold
He proclaimed the bible as events started to unfold

He was given a task that was his to fulfill
For many of us that task of his only revealed
Just how close we are to the coming of the Lord
We have talked about these things on FP’s discussion boards

Herb loved the bible and the prophesies inside
He talked about the EU as the Roman Empire was revived
Hal Lindsey showed Herb just what the bible was worth
As Herb picked up the book, The Late Great Planet Earth

And from that moment on, Herbs life was not the same
As he proclaimed the scriptures and lifted up Jesus’ name
He studied the news and saw the world was in a fix
The moment he discovered Recommendation 666

So Herb wrote a book to let all people know
As we all read his book our reply was just “Whoa!”
For his book got us thinking as we opened our eyes
We all started looking up for the Lord in the skies

And now as we ponder and as we reflect
We weep and we wail as we miss a man we respect
And though we are mourning from the pain of this wound
This is not the last time we will hear his words, “Stay Tuned!”

War

War!

The time has come for the end is at hand
The door is wide open as the Lord makes His stand
Heaven will flood the earth with God’s wrath
We’ve been headed this way, just look at the math

The seasons have pointed to this Day of dread
As the moon gives a sign by turning blood red
The morning brings chaos as the Day starts to unfold
The Lord is returning as the scriptures foretold.

Jesus pours out the wrath of the fierceness of God
He judges the earth with his staff and his rod
The Almighty will deal with the sins of mankind
As the Son treads the winepress and turns the nations to wine

The Day is too great, as the people do weep
They have sown to their flesh; and now judgment they reap.
The fury of God is poured upon all
And no one can stand not the great nor the small

Yet do they repent? The scriptures declare to us NO!
So the seals are opened yes all seven of the woes.
The world never before has seen a time such as this
As it heads further in judgment and towards the great abyss.

The elders in heaven will worship the Lamb
As He pours out His fury all throughout the land
He deals with all sinners as war is now waged
Mankind heads towards disaster as the “End” is now staged.

What a glorious day it will be for the saints
As we worship the Lord while Satan is restrained
The Millennial reign of the King of all Glory
Is not the end to this incredible story

Satan really believes that he can win this war
As he gathers the nations; to Armageddon’s shore
His reign will soon end as he will be cast away
That serpent of old; will finally be slain

Yet that is not the end as there is more to be told
We enter the final judgment as the story unfolds
The wicked are judged for the things they did do
They are judged for theirs sins as they stand there subdued

They start gnashing their teeth as they weep and they wail
Yet they worship the Lord as they are cast into hell
Sin now abolished; the redeemed now can stand
Yet we fall on our face and we worship the Lamb

The war is now over we can enter our rest
Clothed in robes of white as we are truly blessed
We cast down our crowns before God’s throne on the floor
We are grateful and thankful; as our sins are atoned for

And for all of eternity we will worship the Lord
I look forward to knowing him like never before
Sin will not hinder the church as we live and abide
In the presence of God as we are now the Lambs bride.

Drew

Written on 10/24/06

DREW

There is a story that is not far away,
It’s not in a distant land, as it’s lived out today
It begins with a child who is about to turn two
He is dearly loved, and his name is Drew

October twenty-sixth in two-thousand and four
Was the day that this child, Drew, came to shore
His life has had great hardship and even greater fear
Yet Drew is a fighter as he’s proved through these years

He has been through the fire; he has been through lots of pain
And though he wanted all sunshine; he’s received mostly rain
The grey skies he’s been through, since the day he was born
Could easily discourage all, as he lives through this storm

For this very young child about one year ago
Had a surgery that was to heal him you know
After a year of healing, those who love him can see
That the surgery may not have helped his kidneys

So now comes more trials as each day brings less rest
For in November, Drew, will have many more test
These tests should reveal if his kidneys will quit
The test will reveal if this is as good as it gets

Is all this stuff trying? Is it painful to bear?
The answer is yes, as we fill with despair
But this is not the last chapter in the life of Drew’s book
Let’s stop for a moment and let’s take a look

The God of the Bible has inscribed on his hand
Every day of Drew’s life as its all part of His plan
And though we can’t see how the story will end
We can trust in Jesus; to heal and to mend

It sometimes is hard to see that Jesus really cares
When we beg him to heal Drew, as we cry out in prayer
Each trial gets harder as the night carries on
We don’t hear a thing and think Jesus is gone

But Jesus is here, at Drew’s side all day long
He is holding Drew as He sings Drew a new song
For this is God’s heart, as he works in this way
I can here the Lord speaking, this is what the Lord says

“My Child do not fear, please take My hand,
Don’t look at this trial as it is shifting sand
If you will but trust and surrender to Me
I will hold you My child in all your suffering.”

So this is our hope when all seems to fail
We can cling to the Lord as we weep and we wail
The Lord is our comfort; I hope you’ll pursue
For the Lord holds the heart of your beloved child Drew

The Time Has Come

The time has come for the end is at hand
We need to repent; do as the Lord commands
For the stage is set and the end is near
The Lord could return within this year

For in the Far East there is an eerie sense
That war will break out; as we wait in suspense
The pieces are moving; as war is a real threat
The players are playing as the stage is set

Israel is surrounded to her enemies delight
They all assume; she will cower; not fight
The world is now treading to places unknown
As they prepare to wage war; while the Jews stand alone

With earthquakes and famines and rumors of war
We seem to be living in Matthew twenty-four
Do not be troubled; all these things must take place
The end is not yet; there is more to embrace

The EU is growing in power as it thrives
The Roman Empire once again is alive
Now they are talking of people getting chipped
This story is unfolding as they follow God’s script

China and Russia are both part of this plan
As they deceive the U.S. and they side with Iran
The UN seems powerless as these things do occur
While North Korea has now gone nuclear

The scriptures unfolding right before our eyes
We ought to be looking for the Lord in the skies
One thing is clear, not to all, but to some
The Lord is returning; for the time has come!

Suffering

I am not sure if I have ever posted this or not, if I have, I apologize for a duplicate entry. This is a song that the Lord gave me a while back as I struggled with suffering and almost losing my wonderful son.

Suffering

Am I all alone in this place?
For I have looked; yes I have sought You, I have sought Your face.
I look within; and I bow in shame,
For once again my actions have denied Your sacred name.

In this dark storm I am tossed around.
As the waves hit me, I panic as I begin to cry out.
Lord I need You, I’m in agony!
My life is lost, as I cry and as I start to weep.

The Lord says to me; "Son, take my hand.
Don’t look down at the ground son, don’t look down at the sinking sand.
I will rescue you, I will not leave.
All you need to do is hold onto Me in all your suffering.
Hold onto Me in all your suffering
Hold onto Me for I will never leave".

Go into all the world!

There’s a verse in Matthew twenty-eight
Spoken by the Lord; and it carries weight
In this chapter; in verse nineteen
The Lord Jesus sets up the scene

Go therefore and make disciples
Is his command; it is not a typo
Go into the world; go to all the nations
Preach my words to the populations

Baptize them so they can be restored
Do all this in the name of the Lord
For the Father, Son and Spirit too
Have commanded you to preach the good news

Teach them to observe all things
This command goes out from the King of kings
And I will be with you always
Even to the end of the age

Preach the gospel; don’t hesitate
Preach the Word before it’s too late
One hundred and fifty thousand will die
Before you go to sleep each night

So preach the gospel like a preacher
Teach my words to every creature
Run this race; share what God has done
Teach the nations about God’s Son!

When All Else Fails

When times are tough and things get out of hand
When you are scared to death and no longer can stand
When things get chaotic and fear grips your soul
When you feel you are lost and cannot be consoled

When your vision is blurred and you no longer can see
Because of the tears swelling inside as you weep
When all is against you and you cannot go on
And you feel you will die as you feel all is gone

Do not cast away all the things that you know
Don't think God's not there; that He's left you alone
We know God is for us; His word tells us so
He will not forsake us; no matter where we go

Our feelings will tell us that God hates our guts
But if we listen to feelings, they will drive us all nuts
For our feelings are contrary to the truth in God's word
Our feelings will lie and will twist what's occurred

Let God be true and every man a liar
Is a scripture to cling to; when we are in the fire
Our feelings deceive us; they shift just like sand
But Gods word is eternal; on it we can stand

So please be encouraged as you go through this storm
Your life is what the Lord wants to use and transform
Don't throw in the towel though you weep and you wail
For God is still with you; even when all else fails!

Fallen

There once was a time when I stood up tall
Of course that was before I chose to fall
I stumbled and fell as I chose to give in
I listened to my heart and decided to sin

So I now reap from the fruit that I‘ve sown
As my heart becomes molded and shaped hard as stone
My flesh was once powerless; when I walked in God’s light
Yet now I am powerless; as my flesh extends its might

So what do I do as my flesh crushes me?
Do I call upon God and ask him to forgive me?
Sadly I don’t do this as this would be too wise
I fall deeper in sin as I fall into demise

I’m fallen, I’m fallen is all I can say
Yet not once do I look up to the Lord and pray
I do not repent and this causes more pain
I sink deeper in sin; as I’m bound and I’m chained

And of course I don’t see the bondage that I’m in
I think I’m ok; yet I’m not nor have been
Deception blinds my eyes and I think I’m ok
As my hard heart continues to decline and to stray

I crawl in my vomit and I drink it like water
Not realizing my sin leads me right to the slaughter
I think I can go on just like I am now
Eating up my sin as I down it like chow

Forgetting the judgment that will one day come
My sin makes my heart grow limp and grow numb
Devoured by my own lack of self control
If left to myself; I would crush my own soul

Yet there is still hope for a hard heart like mine
As my conscience convicts me and Gods light starts to shine
He looks into my darkness and exposes my shame
As he starts to change me; I am no longer the same

So yes I am fallen but forgiven as well
God takes me from the vomit and I start to excel
The Lord leads me to higher places than ever before
For I have now repented and have started to soar

I’m clean! I am clean are the new words I now say
I worship my God as I seek him and pray
Unworthy and humbled I come to His throne
Where I hear the words, “My son, welcome home!”

I stand there dumbfounded as I see the Lord’s love
I watch as his spirit descend upon me like a dove
I’m empowered as his spirit floods my saved soul
My hard heart is renewed as my spirit is made whole

My heart begins to break as I look all around
I see all my friends as they lay there all bound
They are all snared in the same sin I was in
I begin to pray hard as they are where I’ve been

I look past my friends and see my family as well
They are bound and are hurting yet they simply can’t tell
I start weeping and sobbing as I look further away
There are seas of lost people all bound as lost prey

I look up at Jesus as I hear him start to speak
“My son these are people who need Me yet are weak
Go to them and show them just how clean you are
And bring them to Me; bring them all from afar”

I replied to Jesus as I gazed at this sea
“There’s too many my Lord; how can I set them free?”
“You cannot my son; that is not your task
Just bring them to me; is all that I ask”

With God’s power upon me I do as I’m told
I go to my friends and I say, “Look, Behold!”
“I am clean! I’ve been washed; I am free from my bonds”
They just look up at me yet they do not respond

I speak louder and clearer as I grab on their chains
They begin to rebuke me; “Dude, are you insane?”
I stop in my tracks as I am caught off guard
“My friends, you don’t see this because your hearts are too hard”

In love I move forward and I continue my task
I bring each one to Jesus; just like he had asked
This toil overwhelms me as most people resist
They want nothing to do with me as they shake their fist

And though there are many too many to count
My heart cannot stop as I seek to help out
Each person I bring to my Lord without fail
He has freed them from chains; he has saved them from hell

So this is my task until the Lord takes me home
I will seek to bring people to Him wherever I roam
I do this because I can here the Lord calling
“My Son, there’s another, grab him; he has fallen!”

Eternity

I saw in my mind something that was so real
And I need to share this; it’s not to be concealed
This vision I saw; totally blew me away
This vision came to me as I sat down and prayed

I was lifted up to the highest of heights
I saw the ground flee as I began this flight
The mountains grew smaller; the higher I went
The earth began to flee as I continued to ascend.

After what seemed like hours; since I began to fly
I saw a bright light; in the far distant sky
The closer I got; to this bright shining light
The more amazed I was; as I took in the sight.

Angels were flying all throughout this place
They were shouting out words that were showered with grace
The beauty I saw was a lot to behold
I saw waters of crystal and streets made of gold

Music was playing; and it seemed to abound
As melodies sang their harmonious sounds
My heart was rejoicing as I took in these things
My ears then heard the words; "Behold! It’s our King!"

My heart skipped a beat; as I instantly cried
These were tears of joy; like the tears of a bride
I cannot express the emotions I felt
My knees started shaking; my heart began to melt

I fell on my face as if though I were dead
I felt a strong hand; that was touching my head
I looked up to see; who it was standing there
My mouth dropped wide open; as I looked and I stared

Lifted to my feet; by this Man's strong Hand
I began to sob; as I started to stand
He then spoke a word, which made my heart go just wild
He said, "Welcome home, My son and My child!"

I could not believe it; as I stood there amazed
It was Jesus holding me; as my heart filled with praise
The King of all Glory; hugged me right where I stood
I was in pure bliss; and this felt very good

"Enter into your rest; Enter in it with Me
I love you My Child; and I hold the key
So let's go together; as one thing must occur
I need to present you; to My heavenly Father"

With His arms held around me; I felt so secure
I knew Jesus loved me; I knew this for sure
We walk into God's throne room; we walked into it slowly
I heard creatures saying; "Holy, Holy, Holy!"

A man stood alone there; in his own defense
As Satan accused him; the courtroom was intense
The man tried to explain; just why he was good
But God silenced him right there where he stood!

"Have you ever lied?" was a question God asked
The man just said "yes"; as he stood there and gasped
"Have you ever stolen? Answer me; answer NOW!"
The man shook his head yes; as sweat rolled off his brow

"I cannot allow unrighteousness in here.
You chose to live in sin; you refused to hear
Your decision was made; as I have now heard your plea
The verdict I pronounce on you is GUILTY!"

"Depart from me now; for I know you not!"
Were the words that God spoke; as emotions got hot
The man then departed; in total dismay
I heard weeping and wailing; as he was cast away

The heavens then fled; as I stood there and trembled
A thunderous voice spoke; as everyone assembled
I looked in this court room; with God as the judge
I froze there in my tracks; until I felt a nudge

My heart sank in horror as I too became tense
Satan smirked at me; as I stood in defense
I looked up at Jesus; as I cried like a flood
"My Child; don't worry; you sealed with My blood"

Satan started speaking; accusing me of sin
I stood there guiltily as I shook in my skin
After what seemed like hours; after all he had said
He looked right in my eyes; “Hey Bill, you are dead!”

I started to sob as I knew he was right
I thought I was to die; as I stood there in fright
Then all of a sudden when I thought all was lost
Jesus stood with me; and showed His Father the cross

He said nothing at all when He hugged my poor frame
I saw scars on his hand; as he called out my name
He then looked to the Father; showed his hands as a sign
He said, “Father, Bill Scott, was sealed; he is Mine!”

I wept and I wept as I heard the Lord speak
I was humbled and thankful as the Lord kissed my cheek
And though I stood there vulnerable and exposed
The Father pronounced to the courtroom “Cased Closed”

I leaped and I jumped as joy filled all my soul
The Lord fulfilled His word; as he has made me whole
And now here I am; resting in the Lord undone
Because a long time ago, I placed my trust in God’s Son!

So this was the vision; that I needed to share
It started one day; as I sat down in prayer
One thing is for sure; it is a guarantee
We’ll either live in heaven; or hell in eternity!

Deception

The enemy is crafty; the enemy is slick
The enemy can take a man; and play him like a trick
And for whatever reason; we think we are ok
Every time we turn our backs and start to walk away

The thing about deception; we believe we are alright
And the whole time; we can not see; as we have lost our sight
And when we are in darkness; we cannot see what’s clear
We see things not as they are; but as the do appear

We take what we have seen; and we twist it in our minds
We think we have insight; yet the whole time we are blind
We conjure up our schemes; with our systematic plans
And in deception we deceive; each other with our scams

It is a vicious circle; and the fruit from this has spots
And when we see this ugly fruit; we realize it all rots
And we start to see clearly; as the Lord opens our eyes
He shows us that we were wrong and spares us from demise

We then see the big picture; and the truth blows us away
We see the Lord; we see the truth; and wonder how we strayed
Pride comes into the picture; as we think that we have learned
We vow that we won’t fail again; not knowing that we turned

And as we talk about; how the Lord opened our eyes
We once again; fall into sin; and believe we are wise
And in this fallen state; we once again believe
That we are right; and they are wrong; yet were once again deceived.

Come to Me

I heard a voice; the other day
Say, “Come to Me”; please do not stray
I asked the voice; why should I come?
The answer then made me grow numb.

Come to Me; because it’s wise
I’ll save you from the devil’s lies
Come to Me; just as you are
I’ll heal your wounds and heal your scars

Come to Me; don’t hesitate
Turn around and accelerate
Come to Me; and you will find
I heal the sick and heal the blind

Come to Me; come now my son
I’ve done it all; the work is done
So come to Me; and let’s begin
The process of dealing with sin

Just Come my child, Oh come and see
Obey my cries and hear my plea’s
I love you son; please turn your ear
Don’t wander away; will you hear?

Just come and all things will work out
Believe in Me; please do not doubt
For I will heal all those who come
I heal them all, not only some

Abide in me and I will give
To you long life as you will live
And all your needs; I will supply
I will not fail; and do not lie

So Come my child is all I ask
Remain in me; will be your task
For I won’t leave nor forsake you
It’s you I seek and I pursue

As Jesus shared His heart with me
My heart pounded in jubilee
Forever changed now; by one plea
When Jesus said, “Son, come to Me!”
